Guarantee of Savings

SYNERGY offers the following guarantee in connection with the attached proposal / contract.

SYNERGY guarantees that minimum savings equal to 80% of proposed annual savings, measured in kWh of electricity, will be realized.
This guarantee remains in effect for the full payback period as indicated in the proposal.

After the end of the payback period, upon customer’s request, SYNERGY will compute savings realized during the payback period.
In the event that savings are determined to be below the minimum savings by X dollars, then X dollars will be paid by SYNERGY
to our customer.
